This is a very disappointing trouble loop that QBD has created, leaving me nowhere to go and no fixes to try. QBD is mandating me to download File Doctor, but then when I try, I can't get it to run. This troubleshooting process is at a point of deadlock until I can get this going. I've tried opening File Doctor on the affected user's laptop, and on the server, but it won't open on either. I've allowed more than 15 minutes of waiting time, but File Doctor will not open. I see a banner that says, "Please wait while we configure this for you", with a green loading bar, but this disappears after a moment. I tried the "Run QuickBooks File Doctor" option within the QuickBooks Tool Hub several times, but the File Doctor never opens.
